OK Its time to let you all know what I was up to.

Prior to the Daytona run I was PM'd by SoonerRed (Doug) about something going on. In the message he mentioned how it would be nice if Florida got its own heading under the Regional discussion forums. I had thought about this in the past and decided to go to work. I PM'd Marc and asked and he tried his best to get with Troy to see if it could be done. Troy has been busy lately and a little tough to pin down.
Then an issue with SPAM came up and I was contacted by brentil with that. Brentil is one of our administrators on Troys payroll. I asked him about making Florida separate like Texas in the forums. He said "Show me the numbers" and he would do what he could. Well thanks to all of you we did show him the numbers!!!

We now have a separate heading in the regional discussion for FLORIDA.

I went back and gave brentil a list of recent threads to move. That has been done. If there are some I missed whoever started the thread should be able to move it or Marc, Buffy or brentil will be able to move them if necessary.

So I would like to thank SoonerRed for lighting the fire, brentil for getting this done, Marc for putting up with me, and ALL of the Florida Fanatics that responded to this thread for showing how strong our numbers are.

I see a lot of SSRs in Vero and Ft Pierce, Saw a silver SSR in Vero today,
a yellow one a week ago, My neighbor up the road that has a black SSR 2003 ,
Saw a red SSR on No Hutchinson, a few months ago!

Occasionally I am at my home in WPB, FL but most of my time is spent at my western home in Littleton, CO.

I am on the committee for the 'PIKES PEAK OR BUST' rally. My bro-in-law, Doug Ungemach, SSR DESIGNER is flying in for it. It is not too late for a FLORIDA caravan out west. The weather is perfect in the summer with no humidity.

Pretty new to SSR, I live in East Palatka Florida which is about 25 miles inland of St. Augustine, Fl. I have a 2003 yellow "Baby", she has about 6500 miles. I adopted her about a little over two months ago, instantly fell in love with her. Hope to become invovled in some of the club's activities.
