When we had that Springfield Mo. run last year we only had like 80 or so SSR's.
We have more than that in our state alone, would be cool if we could get, Florida's owners too one big meet, or everyone on the whole east coast too one.
Guess maybe the hard part would be a time and a place thats best fits everyone, and would have some fun things to do or see while we were there. And would give some of those garage queens a chance to get driven and get the dust off them. Now Iam just throwing darts at the wall so, Iam not good at setting something up like this.
Maybe try a Florida meet some where, some time, ?????????????????????? Just a thought.
Look at the Keys Run, started with 9 or so last year now over 30 this year. The keys will have to add on and build more things to do if that run keeps growing.

I posted this later in the thread but wanted to add it here for those that may miss it in the postings. Feel free to keep chiming in and be sure to watch the FLORIDA forum for future events.
OK Its time to let you all know what I was up to.
Prior to the Daytona run I was PM'd by SoonerRed (Doug) about something going on. In the message he mentioned how it would be nice if Florida got its own heading under the Regional discussion forums. I had thought about this in the past and decided to go to work. I PM'd Marc and asked and he tried his best to get with Troy to see if it could be done. Troy has been busy lately and a little tough to pin down.
Then an issue with SPAM came up and I was contacted by brentil with that. Brentil is one of our administrators on Troys payroll. I asked him about making Florida separate like Texas in the forums. He said "Show me the numbers" and he would do what he could. Well thanks to all of you we did show him the numbers!!!
We now have a separate heading in the regional discussion for FLORIDA.
I went back and gave brentil a list of recent threads to move. That has been done. If there are some I missed whoever started the thread should be able to move it or Marc, Buffy or brentil will be able to move them if necessary.
So I would like to thank SoonerRed for lighting the fire, brentil for getting this done, Marc for putting up with me, and ALL of the Florida Fanatics that responded to this thread for showing how strong our numbers are.

Dingbat you can add me to your list. 2005 Redline 6 speed, Naples... 22K miles on it and will probably hit 30K miles before I can put it up as garage queen sometime later next year. Pasta, will watch to see if you try to schedule a statewide event or maybe a South FL event some Saturday? South FL Prowlers are getting together for a cruise over here in Naples on Sat Oct 27th. Gets a lot of attention. SSR cruise am sure would do the same. Haven't done SSR cruise yet so will start watching closer to see what is going on down here. Your Keys Run sounds like fun!

Working on getting my wing painted and on.
Regretable we will be missing all the fun cause I don't think we can get time off from work for road trips
