Formato tuning and porting in S. FL (Davie) Sept 10-11-12

Hello all, Jeremy will be tuning and porting in South Fl (Davie) on September 10th, 11th and 12th at:

Rage-Tek
2021 SW 70th Ave
Davie FL, 33317
954-915-0016

Here is a link from Dicktator:
Custom Tune

What we do
New to the forum, EFI Tuner.

Those concerned with high coolant temps - factory fan settings are adjusted to come on as early as 180 degrees F and typically the vehicle never reaches over 205F. The hotter the coolant temps the more the computer takes away spark advance lowering the performance, throttle response, and fuel mileage.

The factory tune / program has very conservative timing curves and a typically rich fuel curve. There are many electronic throttle torque limiters and down shifts are typically very poor form the factory - we can adjust all of these and keep the truck in its power band. We can firm up the shifts and quicken them as well. Many automatic SSR owners have complained about the vehicle not being in the "right gear" when accelerating heavily. We adjust that to be much more aggressive under heavy throttle and will correct that issue.
Manual Trans owners have fuel and spark delays as well as torque limiters that curb overall performance. I would like to give you the full potential of the motor and you use it how you desire.

When porting the SSR's throttle body you will feel greatly improved throttle response and in the bottom end and mid range with a strong "seat of the pants" gain. There is a very large lip that shrouds airflow up until about 50% throttle, we remove this and you will get much more airflow at lower throttle positions. Many liken the difference to taking about 350lbs out of the vehicle. It truly makes the truck much more fun to drive. There are many out there that can testify that the ported TB made a huge difference!

The cost of Dyno Tuning is $400 + $80 per hour for the dyno. If you are just looking for a street tune , that can also be done for $300 w/ Wide Band o2. We work very hard on each and every vehicle until every customer is happy and the vehicle is spot on.

A $100.00 deposit via CC or Paypal is required to reserve a space.

To schedule a time, please call us at 813 476 7364 or Jeremy on his cell at 813 495 8778.

I'll be giving a call! About how long does it take to complete? (I'm close so I may sneak away from work!)

It all depends on what all is being done, but typically a tuning session on the dyno takes about 3 hours.

Hope to hear from you soon!

Thanks

Tune

I think it is worth every penney!!.

I thank Jerremy for solving my overheating problem. Plus transmission adjustments etc.

If you can get Jerremy to tune your R you will be pleased with the results and he stands behind his work.

He tuned my Z06 and added a ported/polished throttle body and short throw shifter - it's total jail bait now!

Is Jeremey in any way, going to be available at the KEYS run to install tuning programs. A lot of "out of the area" folks will be there, I for one would like mine done.

Anyone??????

No plans as of yet, but it might not be a bad idea.

WOW

I haven't had a chance to really check it out yet but the difference is VERY noticeable!

Much better throttle response and defiantly more power.

Starting fully stock I went with the ported and polished TB and a street tune.

Jeremy doesn't just stick in pre-loaded settings but truly sets a custom tune!
He's a really nice guy and explains what he is doing so it isn't just some voodoo magic!
