Tracie's mom has been dealing with that .... Stuff for 50 years, they have done some radical stuff to her face, completely removed her forehead and replaced it, she just had some more work done on her face, now she goes back for more work in a couple weeks, they have done the nose thing too. She has an awesome outlook about it tho, and I think that's key, so keep up the outlook my friend !!!

For a minute I was worried after I read your first post and started scrolling down. I was afraid you might have to go for chemo and lose your hair or something.... Then I read the update and breathed a sigh of relief.
Not only did they get the melanoma, but likely you won't be snoring any time soon.
Hope to see you soon,

Fanatics are great aren't they Dick? So are you. I am real glad to see you
have a smart Dr. Thats 1/2 the battle with skin cancers.
I also had this and the skin graft was from my lower back...
I'm born and raised in Florida and its important to have a good
Dermatoligist. I am lucky to have a great one at the VA in Orlando.
VA here is proactive. Melanoma on my hand is getting cut out soon and thank goodness its not my shifting hand...LOL
Hi Dick, Lucy and are prayers are with you. Take care and let me know if you make it to Palm Bay. I`ll have a beer or two for you even if you don`t make it this far south. Good thing your up north(Florida) were it`s cold and rainy it`s in the 80`s and sunny down south. Your one of the best and thanks for everthing, see you Daytona if Lucy say it`s ok.
Dick,
keep up the attitude and all will be fine. Been there and done that. Melanoma near my ear but luckily it went to my jaw and not in my temple. Thats one of the reasons we moved from Florida to the Smokey Mtns and keep the top up. hope to see you in MV again this year.

Hey Dick
The nose knows that sometimes we don't always see eye to eye. But I sincerely wish you a full and speedy recovery. Take care my friend and don't forget your sunscreen.
