Mark your calendars for SSR Fanatics to attend the Rare, Antique, Classic and Exotic Car Show on Saturday November 13th, 10am to 5pm.
This was a popular event for SSR Fanatics in 2008 - lots to see and do. Check the website for full detals.
If we have more than 15 cars we will be allocated an exclusive parking/display area for the SSR Fanatics and be eligible for the group rate of $22.00 inc tax per vehicle (usual daily admission is $28.95 plus tax per person). This gets us car registration for both days (Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th), event admission for 2 people for both days, a return visit pass and prize eligibility. (Last time one of the Fanatics won a bi-plane ride!)
To be included in this event, please contact me (Brian) either via PM or call me on 407-908-5881. NOTE: Pre-registration and pre-payment is required - there is a cut off date nearer the event as a registration packet has to be sent to each participant.
For anyone wanting overnight accommodation, we have a discounted room rate at the Seralago Hotel in Kissimmee of $39.00 plus tax for a double room. This Hotel was used for the Orlando Rally in February this year.

The Roar and Soar event is for the Saturday and Sunday, the car show is only on Saturday.
The discounted admission of $22 is for one car and two people for both days. There is so much to see and do it is worth the second day visit.
Remember this is a pre paid admission price, you cannot enter the car show on the day, monies have to be sent to me, PM for mailing address.

Possible Confusion
Any Fanatic that attended the previous Roar and Soar will probably have received a generic mailer from Fantasy of Flight for this upcoming event.This is not part of the Fanatic posting. To enable the group parking and not to create any possible confusion please do not complete the form and send payment direct to FOF.
My contact at FOF will try and co-ordinate any entries received this way but cannot guarantee that parking would be with the Fanatic group. Once all payments have been received FOF will mail directly to you the entry info etc.
The deadline for pre entry payments is October 31, after that date payment is on day of event and will cost and extra $15.

Entry has to be pre paid. Please send the $22 to me and Fantasy of Flight will send the admission information to you in early November. PM sent with info.
Contact the Hotel direct to make your reservation, it is an easy drive on I 4 from there to Fantasy of Flight.

The cut off date for the pre event admission is October 31, all payments sent to me are then paid to Fantasy of Flight as one payment.
Fantasy of Flight will directly mail to you the admission details including parking pass etc which you bring on the day, hope this helps !

Saturday Evening after Roar and Soar
After the Roar and Soar event ends we will be eating at Mannys Chop House.
This is a 20 minute drive along two lane scenic back roads, mostly 55 limit but could drive faster if you want, some curves and elevation changes.
Food is excellent, Mike, Marilyn, Niki and I forced ourselves to eat there on Sunday and enjoyed everything, large grass parking area at the rear so we will not have to compete for the usual door dinging spaces.
Have made arrangements to call ahead and reserve seating together as Mannys can get very busy, 6m Sunday was a 40 minute wait.
