Happened to only see a couple of "R's" on Saturday at this years Daytona Turkey Rod run. Looked for the owners but they like us were walking around looking for stuff to buy. So no meet and greet with them!
The weather turned cold on Saturday after some rain on Friday night. Probably the reason the turnout was sparse to start the day but as the temperature rose, so did attendance.
Jeff and Terri and Cheryl and I ran into Chuckster who happened to get himself a "new" pin for his generous donation to "Toys for Tots".
Also walked around a bit with Lonnie and Lauren talking 410/456 gears. Ed and MaryAnn found us just as we were exchanging a set of bulbs with a vendor that Jeff brought with him. Before you know it, we all felt like we were at Dicktators garage as our pockets just seemed to emply out buying up lights and toys. Even got paperwork for Jeffanatic for his "LIFT".
The track at Daytona was resurfaced this year and from where were were in the infield, that is one steep track. For photos...

The Slingshot was from Florida and had the "Official Team Vehicle" tail gate badge same as my "R". The serial number was 19001. Would like to know who owns it!
The Virginia tagged "R" was serial number 00757. From the looks of it, it appears that they carry around their own Coke Cola cold storage although it looks like a long reach back for a cold one while driving.
If you took any pictures, be sure to post.
