STOP on RED!!

This is an update from the State of Florida on Red light Camera's.

Better STOP ON RED! Before you turn on RED, MUST STOP! Don't roll through!

See below:

The violations that will now automatically generate a letter to the defendant advising them they must attend and complete driving school are,

Red Light Violations, (DHSMV Appendix “C” codes, 543, 544, 545, 546 & 548),

School Bus Violations, (DHSMV Appendix “C” codes, 414, 415 & 549),

Racing on the Highway, (DHSMV Appendix “C” codes, 571 & 588) and

Reckless Driving, (DHSMV Appendix “C” codes, 431, 457 & 550).

Please also be advised that we will not be going back and adjusting those convictions retroactively that are already on individual records. New convictions of the above violations will however automatically trigger this mandatory school requirement.

Be Careful!!

Just another way for the state to get more revenue taxes out of us. I am not saying they should not ticket you if you break the law but they never been this picky until the state was in a financial crunch.

I'm guessing that a nice fine is in order as well.

I wonder if you can do Traffic School online for these new offenses as with other violations or you have to attend in person.

Arizona has had these cameras for at least 15 years.

They do help save lives in congested areas.
