Probably in the wrong forum, but just can't stop pinchin' myself. Picked up an '05 Redline with 7100 miles. Still smells new. Has undercarriage neon lights that I didn't discover 'til after I got her home. She's put away for the winter now. Can't wait 'til spring. I'm a happy dog!!!!
My SSR: #23198 06 Blue 3SS #375 of 532 - Birthday 12/21/05 - Took delivery 9/5/06 (2nd owner)

Wrong forum unless you are trying to sell it already, but we'll forgive you for the mistake in your excitement.
SSR General Discussion - Chevy SSR Forum might be a better choice when you buy the next one . I think you will be happy when winter is gone but you might have bought at the right time. I do nto rember welcoming you so... Welcome from one of the SoCal Nuts. Hope to meet you one day.

'Bought a new '05 Silver in Feb of '06 and sold it in fall of '07. Regretted selling ever since. Been harboring the desire to have another and finally found this '05 Redline. Sometimes you just have to be patient as well as diligent. This one is unbelievable - tires, finish, all like brand new. Picking up a cover for it this weekend. Will be keeping inside heated storage (not in my living room, but I would if my wife would let me). Still can't believe it!

Sounds like a great one. Welcome to the Fanatics from WNC. By the way if the tires are original say over 6 years old I would check the inside and outside walls for signs of age before this summers drive.
Welcome to the family, jrenergy, where are you located? Winter gives you a chance to read all the threads, in all the forums, and really get to know what's waiting for you in the spring. There isn't a better resource anywhere, online or off.

Located in south central Michigan. Obviously, weather will restrict the opportunity to be out on the road soon. Will help my state of mind thinking about spring however.
