175,000 miles

I have now driven 175,000 miles in my SSR......

I've got new Hankook tires on the back and they seem to really stick even in wet conditions.

I also have new brakes and rotors, so I am ready to head to Maggie Valley again this year and take on the Tail of the Dragon one more time

I may be coming alone....so there might be a seat available for a drive on the Tail.

Loved that episode I figure that I have driven over 600,000 miles in my life (and almost all of that in Chevy's....but that is only because I like Camaros and SSRs ) I am sure that I will put 200k on it before I hand it over to my son

Thumbs up 200,000 here we come!

Congrats John!

Like I mentioned before... I only have about 168,300+ miles to go to catch up to you

That is if you can stop driving it long enough for me to catch up to you.

If he stayed still I could catch him by driving One hundred, forty one thousand miles. This is a heck of a lot more important than the number of post counts or girl friends. Congratulations.

Let's see. It works out to 1.8 miles a day. In eight thousand, two hundred and twenty two days I might make it. That is if he throws his keys on the mantel and leaves them there.

I am averaging a little less than 30,000 miles a year now.
That is 82 miles a day.
My commute to work is about 35 miles one way.
One of my girlfriends () lives 50 miles away.
My son lives 15 miles away.
