An American Revolution window decals - FINALLY!
After several prototypes and a few delays due to busy schedules we have landed on the final design for the “AN AMERICAN REVOLUTION” SSR window decals. They will be ready for shipping the week of October 30 or sooner.
I have given considerable thought to whether we could or should try and produce an exact copy of any General Motors advertising material and decided that we really do want to avoid any potential conflict as we produce and sell these decals to the SSR community. Our objective is to provide a visual enhancement to your ride and not make a profit on this venture. To try and avoid any potential conflict the decals will be offered in silver only with the Revolution “E” in colors to match all SSR colors.
The decal will come with a silver “E” to help keep production labor costs down and the colored “E” is installed after the main decal replacing the silver one. We can’t guarantee a perfect match on any of the colors especially Ultra Violet or Aqua Blur but we will get very close. The decals will be made from high quality Avery Automotive vinyl and will come with complete installation instructions including pictures. Installation can be done by one person but two would be better to make sure you get proper alignment
The windshield decal will be curved to fit the contour of the window with an equal gap between the decal and the windshield header and not interfere with the wiper blade sweep. We will also offer a straight decal that can be used on the rear window or other areas that require a straight line application.
The cost will be $25.00 including shipping in a tube via postal service to the USA or Canada for the first decal and $15.00 for each additional one you buy. I will ship to international members at whatever additional postal cost I incur. I suspect I will use Pay Pal but need to finalize a couple details before I’m ready to accept any money.
Here are some pictures of one of the prototypes installed on my truck.
Due to the size restriction on my PM mailbox before I became a supporting member I had to delete all the messages previously sent regarding these decals so if you are interested shoot me ONE PM with your name, address, color of “E” desired and number of decals you want. I will try to respond within a few days.

Sorry for the delay.
My son - the decal maker- has had the gators chomping at his butt at work and has been delayed in getting the decals produced. He will get them started next week and I promise to have some available for shipping soon.
For those who asked about payment I will use Pay Pal to keep things simple for us all.
Very nice work and layout! and very reasonably priced too! Worth every penny!can't go wrong here. And this is coming from another sign/decal guy.
Cheers
Sonny

Thanks for the kind words SonnyB. My son the decal maker will be pleased to hear the good comment.
Not sure what Jeff's comment was but you can rest assured I have no desire to cover your '29 (or anything else) in nipple pink vinyl or anything else.
Now if one of the Ladies wanted to order a special decal I would bend over backwards to try and accomodate them.
Got mine installed. It looks great and I installed it by myself. Good quality and great service. Arrived sooner than expected. Will post a pic as soon as I can. I go to work when it's dark and get off after dark, so the pics will have to wait till the weekend. Thanks, for a cool product.

Steve and my son put mine on as they are both taller and didn't need a stool to stand on. I cut the corners at an angle on mine on the bottom as it was peeling slightly up in the corners. No problems since I did that (used a credit card also).

I have had problems before with long stickers bubbling up or wrinkling
While it is easier to do with 2 people one person can do it by putting the top down and working from inside the truck. It's VERY important to get it lined up correctly before you start.

I read the whole post before asking this question.
Are the letters individual or are they printed on a plastic sheet similar to the one from Chevrolet?
Thank You

They are individual letters (never thought to mention this - good question) so it is a little easier to apply than if it was one piece.

I put one on very early in the peice when I got my SSR. Put the top down and then leaned over the windsheid. Had marked the windscreen to get the centre and then the credit card to fasten. They really do look great . vavoom
