I don't think so, but it's easy.
When you post, below the test are, below the Post Icons area, in the Additonal Options area there is a "Manage Attachments" button.
Press this button and it will bring up another window. You can upload an image from your computer or a URL. From your computer, hit a browse button, find the image and hit the upload button. If it worked it will add the file to the current attachments area. At the bottom, hit "close this window" button.
Then submit your message and this is what you get:
