I did get stopped for 83 in a 55 - but got a warning when I told the officer that I couldn't have been going more than 82. I expected a ticket of course, but he thought it was pretty funny - and honest - so a "stern" warning.

I guess I'm just overly cautious - especially when there is a photo enforcement vehicle every so often on I-40 in AZ and around Phoenix. I'm familiar () with the photo red-light camera's - where you get your ticket in the mail two months later - so I didn't know what level of slack the AZ police would give to out-of-state (NM) drivers.

We dumped the cameras on the freeway's. The cities still have red light cameras.
