Could be the whole louvered hood built, also a lower cost option - F/G louvered inserts for fact. hood. I also remeber seeing SSR with louvers punched in the factory hood, if memory serves the gentleman paid $1 for each louver punched.
Looked great, sadly they had to remove some of the framework so that it does not show through the louvers.

There are sources locally that stamp the louvers but I was curious if there was a F/B alternative that could give me the "louver-look" while shedding some weight too. I also would rather keep the stock metal hood in case the future calls for having the stock in place over an aftermarket piece.
I made My hood from steel factory hood and bought the window incert. I have not bought the louver incert that I can switch out with 6 bolts/wingnuts. Window was 400 bucks. Louvers where 179.
