Thumbs up Flameballs

No, it's not a condition we don't discuss in polite company! Is it...?

LT, the pic's are for you, and I apologize for the lack of quality. The pictures really don't do them justice, but it's hard to photograph in a darkened garage. Overhead light and the flash washes everything out. And I don't have much ability. These look really sharp when you see them in person. The purple is actually purple, not the washed-out look of the picture.

Easy installation - the hardest part was getting the cover off the console.

Frank:
These look great. Am thinking about getting these for mine. How long did it take you to do the install ?

Took maybe 10 minutes after taking off console cover. Quality on these is really good, fit is great, install easy. Takes a while to receive them, but they're not mass-produced, and they are worth the wait.

Still debating on Big Earl's Greasy Eats. Depends on whether Blueeyes will be able to drive home after dark, and whether we will fight rush hour north for an hour, then south an hour and a half. We'll let you know.

You guys are welcome to spend the night and drive home the next morning. If you can't make it, we will do it again.

Good question! Last email he said they were trying to do stainless, but it didn't work out as it was too thick, so went back to aluminum. Still, nicely polished (and doesn't look out of place with the brushed). Regards to you and your lovely bride - are you almost finished finishing the house?

The aluminum looks great..... I agree.

I'll be finished with the house in time for Deb's mom to arrive for the winter in early November. Targeting completion in late October......

Regards to yours too.....

Mikey
