Those are painted on? They look like they are on standoffs. That is an awesome paint job. Definitely one of a kind.

Another Concept for a Flamed SSR
I found this Maisto 1/24 scale model at a flea market in Northern Alabama, and thought its flame paint scheme might inspire something similar on a full-size truck.
