Front Gold Bowtie Loose

Noticed that one side of the gold bowtie is loose from the chrome portion. I can see a pin on the loose side and assume there is a pin on opposite side that is secure. Is there a bolt or clip that needs replacing? Is the lolt or clip difficult to access? Or can I alternatively glue the gold piece to the chrome with literal glue applied to the pin too?

Many thanks!

You can repair this very easily. You need to remove the long spear that runs from headlight to headlight. The chrome bow tie and gold bow tie both attach to it with speed nuts. if the speed nut has come off replace it, if the pin is broken you can use a small screw and washer to make the repair. It should become obvious once you get the spear off. The spear needs tender care coming off. It is held with three clips, two velcro strips and two screws you will find when you open the hood. Good luck and ask more questions if you get stuck.
