Wanted to make an intro post. Im Matt from Arkansas. Looking to get into the SSR world as soon as I can sell my 05 King Ranch. Been reading on the site, trying to gain info before I go on the buying spree. Coming out of a custom built 04 turbocharged Ford Lighting 650hp/720 ft lbs, looking to get into something a little bit more low key, but still have a lot of fun in. Want a convertible, want to be able to haul golf bags to go on trips, love the styling of an SSR, was a no brainer from there.
Welcome Matt,
Just joined myself...
I was torn between a C5 Z06 and an 05/06 SSR purchase and these guys make a pretty compelling case for the SSR.
The only danger I see is that you will be encouraged to start the modding process shortly after you find your SSR.
My SSR: '03 Smokin' Asphalt, Vin 1656 B-day 11/13/03, Slightly modified via bad influence hdflstf & TommyB

I have a bunch of Arkansas Black Walnut that I have been making into pens. More importantly, WELCOME, to you Matt, from Montgomery, Texas, home of the Texas flag. Acutally we live in Conroe but our only name to fame is the beautiful lake, new streets and shopping in the area.
Good luck with your SSR. They are everything you would expect, and more.
