How Many Have Gotten Tickets in SSR ?

After owning my SSR for almost 2 years, I finally got a speeding ticket, first one since 1992, was a big one State Trooper claimed I was doing 93 in a 55 zone while passing 2 slower cars. How many of you have been so lucky or more like it, unlucky to get caught ?

Online Traffic School

I am planning on taking the online class to clear the ticket off my record, still waiting to see if they will reduce the fine because of my previously clean record, the estimated fine on ticket is $679.00

Judification. Still costly, but removes it from your record.

It's been 10 - 12 years ( I can't remember) since my last ticket. Maybe I am not doing it right.

I haven't gotten in the 3+ years I've had my SSR, but Sugardaddy got one coming home for the Ruidoso Rally a few years ago. (He was Not pleased. ) I guess I've just been lucky so far, cause I'm a lead foot especially on long trips.

They see me coming and then they turn around far enough back where they think I can't see them turn around. They follow the SSR as far as they can to try and catch me speeding. So far I have spotted them first.

Was on a new parkway in our area and a rice burner wanted to race.
Well long story short I won the race by a mile but when we cruised up over the hill an unmarked CHP caught us both on radar...
Gave the kid his ticket and called for a flat-bed to impound it for reasons I didn't care because I knew the kid had ticked the officer off. So when he got to me I asked him if he had been out here very long and his reply was for awhile and then told him I got here as fast as I could..
Believe it or not I got a smile out of him but not out of the ticket. He wrote me for 79 in a 55 so I could go to traffic school, he said it was a little faster but liked the
Just glad he wasn't on the other side of the hill last I looked when racing the was at 115.....

Oregon Traffic Rules

I have been researching Oregon's Traffic Laws since getting a ticket, I found out you definitely do NOT want to get caught doing 100 mph or greater, the mandatory penalty is $1000. and suspension of your license for no less than 30 days and no greater than 90 days for the first offense.

Tickets

Got one a year ago... 77 in a 65 in the R. It was dismissed because the cops were too busy to go to court. That would have been my first one in about ten years. My Passport dectector really helps ... just got the 9500i.

No just a class C with M1.
The company gets by listing the vehicle's as pkg. cars, only need a commercial license for the tractor trailers...

Wow you were over taking two other cars so how fast did you feel like you were going as you sped around them...?

So far I got one...for speeding not quite going your speed though.

I got a parking ticket for taking up two stalls this was like about a month after just purchasing the truck...but that was later waived because the meter maid on duty failed to clear out were she was at in her computer while she was giving me a ticket so it was marked down as wrong location she cited me in. PLUS she had the nerve to call my truck a RED DODGE PICKUP......I actually fought that too as mentioned it in a letter I sent to challenge the ticket.

SO score is 1/1......the city isn't getting any more of my money...

I had a north Las Vegas cop ask me if I wanted to run for pinks, I said O.K.. Then he told me if I won the race he would give me a pink slip just not one I would like. I still beat him off the line.
