The following are two things I did to my SSR that were not expensive.
1) 6.0 emblems from ebay $34.50 pair
Came from the Holden Division in Australia
2) Stainless steel valve stem covers that lock on using a special key so they can't
be stolen, along with chrome valve stem sleeves. $12.95 for the caps.
The 6.0 emblem is a GM part for the GTO. Noticed it a couple weeks ago and checked with my local dealer. He had the emblem in a couple days. Cost was $25.19 +tax, GM part #92162158. As stated above this is from Holden Ltd in Austrailia.
No, what we have here are some pretty neat, domed SSR logo decals that I recently bought off of eBay....cheap, and placed them on my pair of cupholders. The domed decals are from Europe.....Greece, I believe. I ran across these about the same time that Dragon2U posted some information on them. I thought they dress up the rather plain stock cupholders nicely.
This vendor was offering a couple of different sizes, and one larger version with the SSR silhouette logo.
For those of us SSR owners with a standard plastic bed liner, I got these vinyl letters from DRGROUND (hand made). He originally made them to stick under the hood liner in the engine compartment, but I found they work/look better in the back of the cargo compartment.
I picked up a snap-on cell phone case in yellow and used the domed SSR decals (same ones Alex put on his cup holders) I got on eBay. Total price under $15.00.

Doc that is really a super looking belt buckle for sure!
I think the same thing; however, it suffers the same plight as the SSR did on introduction - 33% over priced. Now of course that is on my budget! Chicken feed for most.
I bought two of these vanity plate key rings last summer. I was just looking at one of them and figured I'd snap a photo and post the information about it for the Fanatics. After all... great minds think alike so there's bound to be a few Fanatics that want one also.
Here is where you can order out your own personalized plate key ring:
mike is listed as a "supporting dealer -- go to www.simple-engineering.com

Mike's store
Got it, thanks. Will contact him later this week after I have had a closer look at the items he has. Air dam no brainer, but some other interesting stuff as well.
oh my goodness-is there no where that SSR cant be found?
When my son went to camp this summer instead of his initials
being placed on his articles of clothing i used magic markers to
put "SSR" on the band of his skivvies. Since i dropped him off
in Black Beauty every other kid knew to whom his items
belonged!
Ok-of course, im kidding but it seems like we're getting a bit carried
away!
That's the best part about this truck you can customize it as much or as little and to your exact taste, sometimes other people take your ideas and add to them
My SSR: 2004 Ultra Violet #11012 born on 04 June 2004

I like these...ordered 3 sets of 2, one for each car/truck...it'll keep both of us from fumbling with the keys every morning looking for the right ones
Thanks-a-lot, Alex, now look what'cha gone 'an started.
Had to have something to set off the billet grill, so here's my sign.... Geeseeee...got more'n half a roll left...where to put it?
Oh yeahhhhh.... bear...

Now that's an interesting application of the 1/8" bright chrome molding. It does look REAL good, complimenting the billet grille inserts. I believe that I have had more fun messing around with a few rolls of that molding than any other accessory that I have tried and put on my SSR. You can really be creative with it, and it's so adaptable in many places because it is subtle, not overwhelming.
On the billet grille inserts, I think your SSR is perfect example that even with the satin trim package, the inserts do sooooo much for the front end of the SSR. As I've said many times before, IMHO the inserts are the best looking exterior cosmetic accessory that one can add to their SSR for under $100.00. They are still being offered on eBay and the seller's name is "grille4you". The email address for the seller is grille4u@hotmail.com. The price is $66.00 + $27.00 shipping.
My SSR: 2006 Racy Aqua Blur 6spd Front end all Chrome/SS Tuned/ported
I bought them, thanks for the info, I also got the stainless grill bars from "Gary peterson" and the whole effect is gorgeous. I originally thought it would be over the top - but came out just right

Beach Potato:
How about posting some photos of that front end of your SSR, with all the goodies?
For those with a trailer hitch, but no foam insert. Harbor freight sells a padded foam zipper bag for extended hitch inserts. This works great for the SSR trailer hitch. Price - $9.99 !!!!
