Just checked their website. It is very busy or very slow. But after several tries, I discover many options. With two color leather (custom) it is $2095.00.
From what I have read and heard, it includes the entire interior though. With piping, stitching, and perforation.
CJ, I would just take it over to a local Upholstery Shop and have it done. I had my interior done by a local shop for under $1000 and this included the door trim.

I have the black with yellow inserts from them...You have to find a authorized installer and have them give you a price... They will order them from Katzkin direct for you...
In my area I paid around $800.00 for mine installed...
