New Bright R/C SSR . . . Manufactured when?

Does anyone know when the New Bright R/C SSR's were manufactured?
How about the details on the different variations, colors, etc?

I found one soon to be auctioned. I'm thinking about placing a bid.

New Bright Industries is a distributor of toy trains, r/c construction toys, and other small r/c vehicles. They are located in Wixom, Michigan, and most of their products are made in the Orient. Isn't Wixom the home of the GM performance center, where all kinds of speed parts with GM numbers, is located?Maybe there is a connection?
