Once upon a time… DO OVER…

Let’s try this again!

My truck was delivered today to Mr. D’s Custom Paint & Body in Brea, CA. This is where I hope to finish off what is my dream custom paint job for my R. It’s going to be basically black with some simple graphics (those in picture are incorrect). Nothing fancy, simple and sophisticated… Nothing like me

In the pictures the front lower fascia will be black, it’s just primer at the moment. (Let the bondo jokes begin!

)

I want to thank the amazing Fanatics that have helped in this process to get my truck to a place where it can be painted and finished. I am not good at asking for help but these guys stepped up and helped a lady in distress… Doug Allen, Blue Thunder, TommyB, lloger and hdflstf… You guys have been amazing in your support and help. I can’t thank you enough! To all Fanatics that sent the lovely PMs of support… it’s the only way I made it through the last 24 hours... Thank you!

Can I asume that one of the aforementioned fanatics has already had some work done at this shop you're using this time.

Good luck on a hasty recovery and back to driving the SSR.

Yes, Fuzzy. Mr. D has done all my paint work, body work and he did my ghost flames.

I am so happy for you as I remember well the excitement you had in your eyes in Texas about getting it done. The members names you listed in helping you accomplish this is none the less what I would have expected from these fine gentleman

You guys are all awesome, as usual! Mr. D's has come through for Lloyd in the past and there is no reason to believe he won't come through again!

I am so happy for you Linda, there is a great possibility that you won't have to drive that dang Jeep to Barstow afterall!!!

So glad to see things working out. I only hope that you recieved all the parts removed by original shop. Were praying for the finished product to go well beyond your wildest dreams.
