At $3+ a gallon for gas ... don't think I would try dealing with So Cal Freeways just to see it until after it completed.

the price of gas in california is because they are short on supply of the winter blend gas for clean air .....and I was talking to IBJEFF .go to your room and take early evening nap thank you

And the Gas Companies have taken a lesson from ENRON and the Merchant Power Producers of the DeRegulation Fiasco and discovered that they can create a shortage and increase the price by shutting down refineries for maintenance, needed or not, when it is time to change over from summer to winter gas and vice versa.
