Here is a picture from the 2006 Auto Show I thought someone might like to see. No I don't know any of the details about this SSR. I was there as a rep for my home plant and made a bunch of pictures one day before the show opened.

Would be great to have a serial number. I'd guess there's a 50% chance that truck is sitting in Doug Allen's yard.

Pretty sure that is MultiFlame Pace 3 (#9597). I believe Pace 4 (Doug's) has the White Bowtie.
I know it isn't #303 (Mike's - formerly PaceGuys). It is possible that it is the 2003 Pace 2 (#331) as it has the red bowtie but being it is a 2006 show it likely is one of the '05's.

I'd agree it would very likely be one of the 05s.

With the graphics changing on a weekly basis during the racing season, not out of the realm for the hood bowtie to be changed if it was showing any signs of wear.

I was referring to the bowtie driver side windshield.

#303 was white ------- #331 was red.


White Bowtie -----This is Pace 4 #14113 in the background (Doug's) & I "think" that is a white bowtie.


I "think" this is Multi-Flame Pace 3 - #9597.

The date of the show was January 2006. So I would guess it was a 2006 model but who knows for sure. I do wish I had checked the VIN.

There were three SSR's at the show. The fancy one you have already seen and the one on display at the Chevy truck area of the show and one in the Lobby of the GM headquarters building just down the street a few hundreds yards. I think the one in the Chevy truck area was red but I don't have a picture of it.

Attached is a picture of the one in the Lobby. When I left the show it had fingernails scratches on it from when they ripped my hands off of it sent me home. Notice no deck lid on it. Yes that is me in it.
