Rare photo - planes and truck

Rare photo - planes and truck-panel-navy.jpg

Once a year we have a fund raiser with a car show on site so here's the latest thing I'm allowed to share....armed and unmanned, you Navy guys get the coolest stuff!

Oh yeah, the truck-my 57 Chevy Panel. Small block V-8 auto trans, disc brakes and power steering. Mrs Duck and I dated in this truck 30 years ago, and we've hung onto it ever since. The family heirloom now

And yes Primer IS a color

I recall that feeling. Never took the camera to work when I was on shore duty.

Very cool picture. Yes i love the panel had the same year 1957 my favorte year. I still have the extra grill for it. I remember looking high and low for the rear door stops on top of the doors. Just about triped over them at a swap meet.

I had one of the panels back when I rode enduros. A way to get to the events and with the bike out a place to sleep. Mine was an old Singer sewing machine service truck.
