Your best bet is to replace the steering wheel. The satin pieces are glued in place, and are very difficult to remove.
I have a couple used steering wheels in the Parts Exchange, if you need one, send me a PM. I'll sell one to you at my cost plus actual shipping costs, or you can pick one up at my office in Glendale.
