If I recall correctly about 6 months ago someone who claimed they wrote for a popular car magazine [I cant recall wich one]posted on the fanatic web site and said they were going to write an article about people purchasing SSR's and where they bought them. Has anyone seen this article?

As I recall, the article was going to be written by some one in Omaha, NE. They wanted to interview people within 100 miles of Omaha. I wrote to them saying I was in North Kansas City which is about 125 miles from Omaha. I never heard back from them.

Finding enough buyers who purchased from the locations he was focusing on not only seems like a challenge but also a bit puzzling..........

I think he said they sold an abnormal number of SSRs in that area, and he was trying to find out why.

In my case I bought the 1st SSR I've ever seen in person. Never even test drove it. Come to find out I knew the original owner.

In the last 5 months since, I've only seen one other R in a 60 mile radius. It was doing 70 mph in the other direction,or I might have bought it too.
