SSR Hand Controls

Recently suffered a spinal cord injury and have secured a van with hand controls, so hope to be relatively proficient in the next month or so.

Problem is, a van is not an SSR. Has anyone had hand contols installed? How do they work. Are you happy with the outcome?

adadssr - no hand control & I live in So Calif.
