Seems everyone who asked for a pin on Aug 19 was left off the map.
My apologies to felix'syellowssr, rube, pcox, dfriz. Your pins are on now.

This Post has a bunch of YouTube links.
Some of them are of SSR's outside the US/Canada area. One in particular is from Curitiba, Brazil.
I'm going to start taking nominations for pins, of SSR's, that have been spotted outside the US/Canada area. The catch is, that they like the one in Brazil, must have some web based provenance.
Provenance should be some web based reference to the SSR in question. The YouTube video being an example.
Links to the SSR Fanatic Forum are excepted, as any member posting would likely have already decided to be included or excluded.
So, if you have a URL, that id's the location, down to the City, of an SSR that is outside of GM's official sales regions, please nominate it by requesting the pin. Put the URL in the Notes section.

Google Earth Option Added to the pinmap!
If you have the google earth plugin for your browser, you can now view the map as a globe. Just click on the [Earth] control.

Loaded the plug in but when I used the "earth" button, I got an error message that said the script timed out.
I was using the latest Firefox, so I don't know what the problem is. It tried to load but never did.

The Earth Browser plugin currently works only for IE and Mozilla browsers, including Firefox.
I'm using FF 2.0.0.14 and it works. On my 1.6ghz Centrino based laptop it takes about 18 seconds after clicking on the earth button, for the map to be displayed as a globe. It takes a LOT! longer if I have the laptop set for maximum battery saving mode.

I'm using the same version of Firefox, with WinXP and the newest version of Google Earth.
When I press "Earth", it begins loading and then times out with the following message:
It's been the same since yesterday.

I/ve seen that error once
I've seen that error once. Don't remember what I did.
SOP would be to clear the browser cache, logout, reboot.
I may have uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin.

I went to the Google sample site:
Google Earth API Examples - Google Earth API - Google Code
And all of the samples worked just fine but the pinmap still does not.

strange... try this
start up fresh again
Open FF and display the error console. Hit the clear button.
open the pinmap and choose earth.
Any errors?
I get none. See pic.

Interesting...
The map defaults to Hybrid. You selected Satellite then Earth and it worked.
