When this registry comes available for everyone's access I invite all to view the content and edit/correct any miscues and I am sure there will be plenty. In many cases I have made assumptions without absolute clarification but what is deemed to be correct.

Edit: Since this thread began it was determined the Registry could not be posted on the forum.
When I became aware of this I expanded and began to keep a complete registry of all SSRs I can locate. This includes ones for sale, or wrecked, anywhere in the world. I have changed the objective to account for as many SSRs at a given time as possible, including Fanatic owned ones of course. I note any changes of ownership that I see as well. The idea is to account for as many SSRs as possible and help track their histories.
I began with Rebel's registry of around 700 VINs and have expanded it to over 5000 VINs. I have varying degrees of information on them. I cannot post the information but if anyone wishes to contact me about any SSR I am happy to provide whatever detail I know.

Juan, I saw a build sheet on yours from the Build Sheet Thread. Do you have any information on the WD1 Pilot duties for your SSR? If not, I hope to be able to provide some before too long. There were (my understanding) 35 "MY2005's" built with VIN's obviously in the 2004 VIN sequence but are 2005's. Yours is the earliest I have recorded to date. I have three MY2005 WD1's listed right in about your VIN. Of course CQQL SSR's Brickyard Pace vehicle is #9599. I assume there are more yet to be located.

I will modify the chrome options.
Re: WD1. One of the items on the "todo" list is to identify some Build Sheet designations.
WD1 is the "pilot vehicle" assignation, not to be confused with early Model Year-(MY200-).
A "before complete exploration" explanation is that GM assigned some vehicles for various
duties which could range from Pace vehicles, test vehicles, media vehicles etc.
It is "my" opinion that the "W" was a "Special Order" alert code to the assembly line, an
alert that this one has something outside the Model Year Production Codes to watch out for.
Examples:
WB9 "alert for UV paint" (in years other than '04 where it was a regular production colour).
The 25 Signatures, #26 Pace and #50 Wagoners all have the WB9 designation, as UV
was not a regular production colour in '03.
WD0-"platform containment" code- a vehicle held back for various reasons like testing or what have you.
WD1 -pilot vehicle designation.

I took all of the information out of the old registry, updated it plus have added a ton more. There was no record of #4687, nor have I noted anything on it. To my knowledge, it has never been an SSR mentioned on the Forum.

1SB - 1SB PREFERRED EQUIPMENT GROUP CONSISTS OF:
I should qualify what "Finish" represents, but I recall at the time not knowing how else to phrase it. I will add something.
Prior to 2006 they were all 1SA or 1SB, mostly the latter.
In 2006 they became 1SS, 2SS, 3SS and the equivalent in the Z49 Canadian builds, 1SA, 1SB, 1SC.
