SSR's / Harley-Davidson’s

I have come to the conclusion that our SSR’s are a lot like Harley-Davidson’s the vehicle is a down payment for the accessories and modifications!

You are right! I sold my Harley cause I was spending too much on parts and stuff. Now, I'm spending too much on SSR parts and stuff! But , I ain't complaining!
Somehow it seems OK now.

I agree!

I've dumped a lot into my HD, and its starting to look like I'm doing the same to my SSR!
We just want to be different!

With an 04 SSR & a 03 Deuce you are correct... You might say I have a double whammy the Deuce is done and I'm close to being done with the SSR. But hell you only go once around in life so enjoy...

With 3 Harley's and 3 SSR's, I can feel your pain. Two of the bikes have been finished for quite some time and the newest just arrives a few weeks ago so I have a long way to go.

One truck is 95% finished, the second is only 70% finished and the third has not seen light of day yet so I have a long way to got.

Back east I call this my winter projects. Summer is for driving and riding.

This is why you need two accounts at, at two different banks.

I've told my husband repeatedly that "HD" doesn't stand for Harley Davidson, it stands for "Hundred Dollar" - He can't go to HD and not spend multiple "HD's"

And it doesn't help that Home Depot has the same initials too

Good lord I hope it isn't. Slow, loud and leaks oil is not my idea of a SSR.

ANYTHING that leaks oil is out the door immediatly. There are alot of thing I will tolerate in my garage, leaking oil is a definate no-no.

The rule is: you leak, you are gone!!!!!!!!!!!

HD and SSR

It seems I spend all my time and money on the HD and SSR when they were fine off the showroom. What kind of sickness is this?
