Sunday drive...
What a great week-end. Started out running errands with Robert, back to school shopping, without the kids. Cruisin' southbound, Florida Turnpike... when what appears in my rear view... a black mustang, right on my butt. He pulls over next to me, I look, he looks, and that was it! Down shifted to 4th for a quick challenge and he gets cut off by traffic, just long enough to tick him off. Another 1/2 mile later traffic broke and then I showed him whose boss. He was only up with me for a second or so when I pulled away... looked down and we were climbing over 110. I let off, he let off and then he exited with his tail between his legs. Life is good.
Celebrated by going to Alabama Jack's in the Keys for conch fritters, top down.
Thank goodness my kids have no idea what a trouble maker I am.

Sunday drive
We have Mustang munchers. Or at least that's what I call my R when someone asks. Course then I tell them my baby' name is CK and they look at me kinda funny But I had to put a Mustang in place when I picked up my R out in OKC. Doing 80 when a stang passed me on I40 eastbound and I HAD to catch him. Passed him doin 110 also, course he got off on the next exit , I so wanted to give him a run!

You go Girl!
Most of them will back off as you approach 110 with the exception of a Viper in San Bernadino which took me to 120 before I backed down and let him go, but that doesn't happen often enough. Also you are driving the correct color because they think silver is slow but we know better!

In some language (yankee?) F.O.R.D. must stand for excuses, excuses, excuses!
BTW... my clutch is just fine, if I'm not pullin' off the line. (and that is also a country song!)

Glad our Honor is upheld in S. Florida In the (not too distance) future, when stories and myths are handed down to drivers of hydrogen or electric cars, there will be humble admiration of "the Tales of the Clutch Killer". It will be said that Astronauts aboard the Space Station saw a Silver and blue flaming comet streak by on its way to The center of the Universe.

History
Tang was used by the NASA Gemini[1] space program. A NASA engineer working with the Gemini Space Program on a life-support module explains the story of how and why it was used. Paraphrased:
"... There was a particular component of the Gemini life support-system module which produced H2O (water) among other things. This was a byproduct of a recurring chemical reaction of one of the mechanical devices on the life-support module. The astronauts would use this water to drink during their space flight. The problem was, the astronauts did not like the taste of the water because of some of the byproducts produced, which were not harmful of course. So, they added Tang to make the water taste better ..."[5]
