Question Warranty Question

My SSR currently is under its GM extended warranty. My dealer recently fixed a problem that I had reported, and the dealer had tried to fix, over three years ago while the vehicle was still under its Bumper-to-Bumper 3 years/36,000 miles warranty.

The dealer charged me my $200 extended warranty deductible for the recent fix. Is this correct, even though the dealer had tried to fix the problem multiple times while the SSR was under its original warranty?

Thanks,

Knucklehead

If you have the paperwork, I would challenge them and if not satisfied, get GM in the fight.
