This is what happens when...

Your wheel cap is on too tight. It's raining, there's a screw in your back tire, your 30 miles from home, on a back country road, half way up the Volcano and you pull too damn hard on it. They're either on too tight, too loose and spin or fly off.

But I got my chrome steering wheel on today and fixed the tire myself. Good thing I bought a used spare set of center caps.

Bummer on the former, on the latter.

Thank you, Thank you very much! Yes, the interior & exterior is done. Now onto a few other things to chrome.

I originally purchased the set of CF bowtie's from Domed Decals on ebay. 6 in the set, 4 to cover the gold bowtie's on the wheel caps, 1 for the s/w and one extra. IMHO I do not recommend the metal bowtie overlay for the s/w. Think about an accident and the air bag deploys....

I love 'em, but I think the plastic on these aftermarket bowtie-less wheel caps is too thin. Especially around the open notch.

Thanks to bcbear10 for the easy to follow instructions on wheel removal & install, 10 mins. piece of cake.

And a BIG THANKS to everyone who has helped me obtain all the chrome pieces to complete the truck.
