I don't have a problem with competition as long as its an original design or an improvement. But if he stole the picture I can only assume he also copied all my unique mounting parts not to mention he plans on copying the Windsuppressr design.
I believe you have a case against this person. Consult a lawyer, it will be money well spent.

Very simple to do. At the bottom of every ebay ad is a link "Report This Item" Just click and one of the options is using a picture without permission (stealing pictures) The seller will not have your information, ebay does the investigation.

Adobe Lightroom gives you this capability and is fairly inexpensive software when compared to Photoshop (and much easier to use for the novice)...also, is workable across platforms - PC/MAC
