Yes, they do. I had installed on my SSR before I picked it up from the dealer. Cost was around 500.00 but dealer threw it in... He didn't know about this product until I told him about it... So he learned something new and ate the cost...

There are a couple of other threads that talk about different brands of film protectors. Do a search.

OP, did you install the clear bra yourself? I see from the website it is rated for experts only. I think Focks had his paint guys install his. Any idea what installation costs? The product looks pretty effective.

Mine isn't 3M but its a clear poly coat for the front grill hood and mirrors. Its hard to install. Paid 800. The installer had to do the hood twice. According to him, on a scale of one to 10, the hood is a 10. And he said it was the hardest time he ever had. Still had some minor wrinkles.

Here's a System.

This is one I found that uses the 3M process with great success!

I end up polishing everything. Even the film. You must take off all the polish on the cut ends or end up with a white residue on edges.

They are out of Wisconsin. I used a company near by to install it "Earmark" of Plano, has handled all my tinting needs as well as several XM Rados.

Autotrm design laser cuts the protector when you order it. It s not sitting on the shelf waitign for you

I did the front of the hood, fenders (front and rear), the front of the mirrors, the headlights, and the front grill. Also - I highly recommend a strip across the top of the tailgate. All of mine was custom cut to the vehicle via digital instructions from the 3M website to the installer's CAD cutter. You need to find an installer who has this equipment and access to the cutting instructions. Mine was about $700

Clear Film bra in Texas

Hi, I just got my Silver '06 (named Lightening) on Friday. I searched the postings and from those recommendations, called theDingCompany. I'll let you know the cost when they call me back after the holidays.

There are complanies that will do the whole hood and fenders. They make the cuts by hand so there is no line across the hood or fenders. I will be getting my done after I fix my truck.

Protect your SSR!

For only $409.98 you can protect the front end with the 3M clear coating with a full warrantee!
Also, you can get the headlight protector (clear) for $24.99 or tinted for $29.99.

I had my front fenders and hood done by a 3M expert installer. It took her 2 times. The fenders are near perfect, the hood has a minor wrinkle, and a eye lash hair! She said she will re do it. 3M has a difficulty scale of 1-5 and the SSR is a 5. Do not buy a kit and try this yourself, or you will be dissappointed. Cost was $300.00. You can see the line if you look for it, but much better than rock chips. I also had the mirrors done, but don't think they really need it as they are plactic and will resist rock chips better then paint on metal. I just turned over 1000 enjoyable miles today. I love my SSR, now my 2 Harleys sit there and cry when I get in the SSR instead of riding them!

After the Woodward Dream Cruise, am going to go thru Wisconsn and stop off at www.Autotrimdesign.com and ask them about a full hood design.
