AC buzz on 0-20 mph

After my repair my AC works as required.
AC blows ambient - Repaired
But now when I press the gas, I get a buzz from the front dash. It comes between 0-20 mph. It does not make a difference if the radio is on or off. Never had that sound until this last repair, when they removed my dash. What would be the cause?
