AC buzz on accel 0-20 mph

Had her fixed for AC blowing cold then warm air.
AC blows ambient - Repaired
They had to remove the dash for the repair. Now I have a low buzz when she's in first gear. It seems to go away after 20 mph. It buzzes with and without the radio on. Sounds like its coming from the passenger side of the dash. Any idea what it could be.

Sorry. Posted twice.
