Advise Please, dash lights again?

Replaced the ignition switch. Now, in the morning at first start the lights do not work.

Drive to work, 6 hours later the lights work and at each other start of the day. Then the next morning the same thing , no lights on the way to work, aprox. 7 miles.

This has been the case for the last few weeks, seems consistant. What do you think? I have checked grounds, seem good. Could a slight low battery do this.

I drive an average of 20 miles a day around town, stop and go. Is that enough to keep the battery charged?
