Most of the information I read in the threads is about the LS2 I have a 2004 LS1 what grade AMSOIL is recommended ?

Bill....Just sent you a PM about this but neglected to tell you what I used. Recommended to me from the AAmsoil rep was 0-30 weight, which is what I got and used. This was in '04 Penelope.

On my trip to Daytona I found the engine ran a "bit" cooler than before when using Mobile 1. Monitored it closely and has run that way ever since. Quite unexpected to say the least.
