Ignition Switch Possibility

There have been all sorts of weird problems that have been caused by faulty ignition switches.

I to have had a similar problem with mine was drivng it at the time, and it just quit. Once I got it started again the check engine light stayed on till I got to the dealer. The mechanic could not find the problem for almost an hour. Finally it happened to him. A quick replacement of the ignition switch and I was on the road again. Ask the dealer the look for a TSB on the Trailblazer ignition. Our trucks use the same one. Good luck.
