Same here Joel and I must have pulled them off 4 or 5 times in the past year. Only difference is I use the airwrench set @ 80 psi, then take it to 100 with the hand wrench. Even then you'd be surprised at how far off each air installed is from 100!

SoonerRed, just a warning, the air pressure to your impact wrench in p.s.i. has no correlation to the torque on the nut in ft.lbs.! You can generate 600 ft.lbs. with 100 psi air with the right wrench! You need to always use a torque wrench..........

Just to add a little...
Just because the torque wrench shows 100 ft-lb doesn't mean the lugs are torqued to that value UNLESS... you were actually turning the lug nut to get to that torque valve.

Not only will it do damage to the wheel and nuts it will also warp the rotors and you will get a brake pulsation and have to resuface the rotors or replace them
