I don't know about this one, but I DO believe in the clear bra. I was on the highway and a dually threw a rock at me. Looked like the size of a baseball or bigger. I hit the brakes and almost missed it, but it hit the front of my hood in the middle of the pinstriping. The hood had a couple of good size dents fixable with pdr and the clear bra was skinned up, BUT no paint damage at all. I know if the bra hadn't been on it, I would have had a huge chunk of paint missing. After the pdr, the only damage you can see is to the bra. Mine is a 3M clear bra

Very hard to install

I had one put on at the detailer. They use a laser to cut out the pattern then install. He puts lots of dishwashing liquid first to set the lamination then presses out the water to the edges. I was told from the installer that he had to redo my hood a couple of time because of the slope and curves. That said, on a scale of one to 10, he said installing the hood was a 10.
