General Grabbers here (different tread pattern but probably same characteristics). Have found that over-inflating the by 3 lbs or so is best for a stock setup (helps initial roll in 1st gear, a little firmer handling in the dry, no noticeable ride difference otherwise). As a rule best not to over-inflate at all if you will need to drive on ice or slick wet roads.

Others have posted that over-inflating more than one brand tire a bit helps their tires wear more evenly. I haven't noticed a difference (both sets here wear even with just a little outer edge feathering regardless the tire pressure).

The R is so heavy wouldn't recommend under-inflating except in special circumstances as it would probably result in worse handling/worse mileage/uneven tire wear.

I have been running 32 #s in my Continental UHPs. I didn't like 30#s. I had my 05SSR aligned this week and the toe was out and it seems to be running/steering better since fixed. Trying to work on shift lite now.
