HELP - SO FAR THE DEALER HAD THE SSR FOR A MONTH - IT WENT IN FOR WINDOWS AND ROOF NOT WORKING - ACCORDING TO SERVICE MANAGER, IT'S AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM, HE SEARCHED FOR THE PART AND FOUND ONLY TWO PARTS IN THE COUNTRY AND BOTH ARE FOR OTHER CUSTOMERS.. - HOW CAN CHEVY BUILD A CAR AND WHEN A PART IS NEEDED, ONLY TWO ARE LOCATED IN THE THE COUNTRY AND THEY WERE DEIGNATED FOR SOMEONE ELSE,THAT WAS FOUR WEEKS AGO, THE OTHER DAY I CONTACTED THE SERVICE MANAGER AND HE SAID HE STILL CAN NOT LOCATE THE PART !! - I NOTIFIED CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH SENT ME TO A SUPERVISOR EXPERT AND HE TOLD ME THAT THE DEALER COULD NOT LOCATE THE PART - SINCE THEY HAD THE CAR FOR A MONTH, I SUGGESTED GETTING A USED PART FROM A JUNK YARD OR COLLISION SHOP, I WAS TOLD THAT THIS COULD NOT BE DONE OR IT WILL VOID THE WARRANTY -- I ASKED THE SERVICE MANAGER ON NUMEROUS TIMES WHICH PART NEEDS TO REPLACED AND HE CHANGES THE SUBJECT EVERY TIME, ANY IDEA WHICH PART IS SO HARD TO FIND ??
