Bought set of non-factory boards off E-bay. Mounting brackets from same seller have yet to arrive. Bottom of boards have drilled holes, total of six. No way to install washer and nut to a thru bolt. No threaded steel inserts. I can't believe they would attach with self tapping bolt, not in plastic.
