Front end alignment?

I have read about tire wear on the inside and middle of the tires. My left front tire seems to be wearing a little odd on the outside. Tire pressure is 30 psi. Any thoughts about wearing on the outside? Does everyone go back to the Chevy dealer for wheel alignments or has anyone found some place better to go?

I had an alignment at about 6,000 miles. The dealer thought it was weird but it made a huge difference, especially in wet weather.

I'd had the driver's rear tire patched twice, tho.

My dealer just sent it to someone else. I only know because there's a not on the tag they hang in the truck "Take to 1st Quality".

It's a small place too, because I haven't been able to find it.
