Glove Box will not open

Any ideas on how to get the Glove Box to open, when I closed it worked fine. Now the handle will not open it. I have tried everthing short of explosives

If it is not locked then something must be hanging up inside.

Unless the handle broke, but I have not heard of that happening.

Remove the three screws on the bottom of the glove box lid and pull on the handle - it should drop out. At that point you can see what is binding it.
