When I first put in reverse or drive I get jingle sound from underneath. Taking the in for check.... does anyone know what I am looking for. runs great other wise

sounds like the infamous "tink". Do a search on tink and you'll find loads of info. Nothing to worry about, just slack in the drive shaft.

It's Like a back up beeper some trucks have. (but different.)

G.M. HAD SWAPPED OUT 2 OR 3 DRIVE SHAFT FOR PEOPLE UNDER WARRENTY. And never fixed the tink. Some people bought aftermarket drive shaft for big money to get rid of it. Cheapper to turn the radio up.
Its due to hollow allumminnumm shaft acting like a megaphone. Will not cause a mechanical problem.
