hard tonneau failure

As a follow-up, my beauty has been returned to me in "as new" condition. Again, as the only problem was really a socket jumping off a ball I wouldnt expect to notice anything wrong unless it jumps off again. If it does, I believe I will try to reattach it, because I don't think it would take me 3 weeks. My greatest pro blem with this whole thing is the total apparent lack of concer4n over my inconvenience by both Chevy and my dealer. Oh well, I have it back now, and almost forgot what a unique experience the car/truck is.

I totally understand your feelings in regards to dealership probs with maintenance and service. They really need to train a crew specifically in the SSR at each dealership. I am thankful I finally found one at Priority Chevrolet in Chesapeake, VA. The others seeme to be shooting in the dark in regards to problems with my SSR.
